Saw this quote on TV Mobile, hope i got the words right though " Conflict is like cancer, the early detection will increase the possibility of a healthy outcome"
I guess conflicts arises among frens pretty often and many a times, it's always difficult to forgive and forget at the same time. I remember there was a saying that guys can forget but cannot forgive, ladys can forgive but cannot forget. That's some logical reasoning behind it.
I guess many friends of mine will notice that i have different categories for friends and they are in stages. Passer by, Accquintance, colleagues, hi-bye friends, normal friends, close frens and hanging out buddies. Perhaps after today some will wonder which stage of category they would be in. But my friends tend to move quickly into different position in the stages and it changes every now and then. But once a person from a close fren category fall to a lower category for somewhat reasons, it's difficult to bounce back. Especially so when i discover truth abt the person. Although i tend to be more lenient to friends but that does not mean i dun hate what irritating things they do to me. I loathe it and my perception of that will not change of that person after judgment has been made over the period of being friends. At the very least, i gave the respect of not jumping into conclusion immediately unless that person freaking piss me off big time then that person can forget abt seeing me the second time.
I have been hearing the word "gRow Up" by many people around me including those that i have stopped contacting. But that word i guess i shall not use often as i realise, no one will think that they are immature. Neither would they think they are wrong in their actions as maturity of a person is more or less base on their own experience. We have all grown up. Perhaps one day when A tells B to grow up, B tels A to grow up. It's a never ending situation, thus always resolve conflict at it's early stages, detect and treat.

Please do not misunderstand. Getting tired of thinking ahead. I rather just speak my mind but then not everyone ... hmmm... hai.... whahahah lalala the sky so blue and the grass so green... shall not go on further later become i yue miao yue hei..
