"Slumdog Millionaire" is the story of Jamal Malik, an 18 year-old orphan from the slums of Mumbai, who is about to experience the biggest day of his life. With the whole nation watching, he is just one question away from winning a staggering 20 million rupees on India's "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?"
But when the show breaks for the night, police arrest him on suspicion of cheating; how could a street kid know so much? Desperate to prove his innocence, Jamal tells the story of his life in the slum where he and his brother grew up, of their adventures together on the road, of vicious encounters with local gangs, and of Latika, the girl he loved and lost. Each chapter of his story reveals the key to the answer to one of the game show's questions.
Intrigued by Jamal's story, the jaded Police Inspector begins to wonder what a young man with no apparent desire for riches is really doing on this game show?

It was a super tiring sat for me .
With the start of the day to research on my project and drafting out the first part of introduction to going for class in the afternoon for 3 hours! gawd so sleepy in class haha afterwhich went to meet eve, cheewai and roy for blading. Layee was suppose to meet up but she had to go tanglin mall to get her stuff stuff before returning to aussie.
Fantastic blading session. First time we take so many photos, but kinda dark though... testing out my phone still not very proficient in it keke
keke cam whoring throughout ^______^ i simply love my phone. oh well it would have ended even better if no kid dashes infront me! hai!! must master my t-break .... still can't get the hang of it.
Pain pain for eve cos she fell down twice. maybe we should both wear the elbow guards keke
After blading we went to eat steamboat at bugis. yum yum.

Wow didn't realise that Adeline has been away for a month after she went to give birth! Well she still have 3 more months to go!!
She has returned to the office to bring cupcakes for us as a celebration of Jaren's First month! The cupcakes are simply lovely and soooooooo cute!! It was so cute that I didn't wish to eat it but i had to eat before i leave the office , else later samuel will take and gobble it down lol!
But heard from her that the cupcakes are pretty expensive abt 1.50 per piece!! goodness. Jac was saying that at penang is only 20 cents per piece!! what a huge difference! oh well, this is singapore. Times are bad, pple need to spend lol

So cute the rose. Very sweet of Fhamy to give all the ladies in the office one stalk of rose!! Must have cost a bomb! o many girls in the office, but everyone appreciate this thought of his.
Received mouse mouse chocolate from Jac. The chocolates are from Germany!! so cute that i am unwilling to bite it lol.

It's the first time with the GHS staff for sentosa!! They are the beach bunnies with lots and lots of suntan lotion. only brenda and myself that piles on sunblock!! keke
There were Jamie, Angel, Nicholas, Peterson, Suresh, Zamil, Anthony, Phillipe, Maran, Corina and Brenda. We played beach volleyball, soccer using the coconut tree as the goal poles, swimming and they had a small casino playing black jack hahaha
it was a long day from 1030 to 1730 hours, i was so drained and tired after that. However, the good catch was, the water at Siloso Beach or rather the whole of Sentosa island is so CLEAN!!! i can see my foot in the water !! OMG!!
We had pizzas, potato chips and donuts. Drinks of cos, the guys bought beers!! drinking way in the morning.... hmmm... lol

Finally we have meet up since I left CCS. Dinner at Pete's place with my favourite manager, JT and darling budddy, belle plus my always coconut, MG hee
We were suppose to meet up at 7.15pm but i was caught up in a meeting for all my march events~ phew.. too many to handle and belle has last minute crap with VOLDERMOLT kekeke the one that shall not be named. As usual her in-tray is dumped with work only at the very end despite it been on the person's tray since morning. oh well... i guess i was the only lucky one...
JT was on leave and she went for her shopping at taka and her fav snack place- mark and spencer. MG and I quickly finished up what we needed to do and headed down to the lobby for dinner.
The food were really nice! First time eating at Pete's , oh well it's a 37 year old restaurant = ) very cosy and homely, its stays the same with no changes despite the changing times. oh cos it was really comical that mg spilled over a gladd of hoegarden and we had to change table lol dots dots. It was just the time that belle sat down to have her first slice of bread...
We all had a really good time catching up with the gossips in the office and sharing the whatever nots lol it was really nice. missed those times talking crap with them too.

Yeah!! Mummy finally finished her eye surgery yesterday. Today, she went to remove her one-eye bandage kekeke
now there's a plastic shield over her right eye to prevent infection and dust. I think that;s what the plastic is for.
