I love my NEW Team!!

As the company is going through some changes such as re-op and re-structuring. The convention team gets a new home!!! heee we are all now confined in one big cubicle for ourselves = ) I knew this before i went on my exam leave and was expecting to be shifting my cozy corner today.

Keke BUT when i reach the office, all my belongings has been placed nicely in my new home!! including my phone, my monitor, my cpu, my files, my little decors!! all of them are placed in order nicely and was not dumped in anyway!! Big thanks to Big MaMa and Big Brother!! so sweet, i am so touched by their gesture. I already told them that i will move my desk when i return as the reservations team will not be moving up till like next month.

They not only shift, they also clean and vaccum the whole area!! Awwww!!! and they stay back yesterday till very late to do all these housekeeping. Must buy food for them kekeke i am so happy to have this new team!!

new team? yup as there are horizontal movements in the whole of the executive office, my mentor has now moved on the corp sales, one of the ADOS has moved to catering sales and one of them ( big mama) has moved to conventions services. The segmentations and work process also have major changes. We are no longer measured individually but as a team effort. two will run and two will accquire.

I strongly believe that new synergies will arise !Looking forward to it
